Hi Folks,15 hardy souls turned out for this one and were not disappointed .
Big and bouncy was what was on offer, with hardly a rock to be seen.Just
a couple of swimmers made everybody else feel warm ,and there was a final flourish down the Weir at Armathwaite for the Kayakers in the group.Very enjoyable,:) and many thanks to Kate for organising the trip and the egress.
