one of our members who went out today got stuck in a weir being cocky, not going to name names but he has a vegitarian pit bull, in front of quite a few witnesses with some camera footage, probably make the '08 calendar
I don't think he was stuck just eric wanted to get him out so he could show every1 the correct technique of doing it and he wanted him out to carry on with the kent.:p

:D He should stick to playing with the grown ups, good day on the Dee today, lots of water and some unusual out of boat experience.:D

eric saved your life today i wonder whether matties dad will put them there pictures on soon so we can see the "proper techniques" and your two new mates the old footballs that were'nt goin anywhere
he never saved my life i could of got out of it if i needed to which i dint. I tink i shud stick with you lot aswell frank you don't make rubbish up that would never happen in a million years.

Which weir was this Jim, The L shaped drop near the end, just after the road bridge ?. Would love to see the pictures, the cocky young devil never has any problems when he comes out with us, should say the only problem he has is rescuing me at Prizet Bridge.
it was the smaller weir just a bit further up. I could of got out of it if i needed to.
That is a nasty little weir i saw it split a boat in 2 once the boat was in for best part of an hour, luckily we got the paddler out after several recircs, but the boat was a write off!!! Treat weirs with respect, they may seem harmless, but it is usually the tamer looking ones which will give you the beating of your life!!!

i think eric called it "stab it in the back" and just when he was saying just the same as Will said about respect we turn around and he was trying his hardest to get out of it, ill not say anything else as i can see he's embarassed about it so we'll leave it at that:D
I was not tryin to get out of it i was side surfing it:p it was gud fun aswell u missed out.

ye i no he woz well scared he didnt come 2day coz we wud all have showed him up even bob and ted-chris and jims dogs
well actually i couldn't come today because i was down in london and i really doubt you lot coud have shown me up. novices think there so good:p
